Wouldn’t it be nice…

 

if you could lose 10kg in weight (22lbs)

three inches from your waist

four and a half inches from your hips

another four inches from each thigh

AND an inch and a half from your arms

 

wouldn’t it be nice…

to lose all of that as fat

while building some lean muscle

that gives you a toned body shape

instead of wobble

to have everyone comment on how amazing you look

‘Omg you look fantastic!  Have you lost weight?’

 

wouldn’t it be nice…

if you felt stronger and fitter

> that holiday walk is so much easier this year than last

>> I can carry all the shopping from the car instead of two trips

>>> I’m no longer out of breath going up stairs

 

wouldn’t it be nice…

if this all happened within the space of six months

without dieting

just being more ‘careful’ about what you are eating

cutting out a glass of wine on weeknights

but really, without much effort at all

 

wouldn’t it be nice…

to have an expert plan your workouts for you

to be working on what you need to be doing

rather than wasting time on worthless

and fruitless exercises

workouts that take up just 2-3 hours of your week

where you feel supported and motivated by others

recognised and praised for your achievements

 

wouldn’t it be nice…

to have to shop for a new wardrobe

but this time you are buying smaller clothes

instead of larger

and you can buy things you couldn’t ‘get away with before’

revealing your fab new figure

 

wouldn’t it be nice…
